The ultimate chest routine!

If you’re looking to get your chest to the next level try this workout.

Chest:
1. 3 sets of Decline bench dumbbells press 12 reps, note: By the 8th rep you should be feeling fatigued.

2. 3 sets of Decline bench flies 15 reps, note: By the 12 rep you should already be feeling fatigued.

3. 3 sets of Flat bench dumbbells press 12 reps, note: By the 8th reps you should be feeling fatigued.

Shred your chest and abs with this workout!

1. 3 sets Dumbbell press on the flat bench 15 reps with 50lb

2. 3 sets Peck-Deck 15 reps with 60lb

3. 3 sets Decline dumbbell 15 reps with 45lb

4. 3 sets Incline dumbbell press 15 reps with 40lb

Chest, Bicep and Ab workouts

Try this hardcore chest workout that I did myself. I would advise any attempting to do this workout to prepare for maximum pump. Have fun guys and girls.

 

Chest:

1. 3 sets (dumbbells) Flat bench press 15 reps started with 60lb and ended with 50lb

 

2. 3 sets (dumbbells) Incline bench 15 reps started with 50lb and ended with 45lb

 

3. 3 sets (dumbbells) decline bench 12 reps with 45lb
