Fly-Away With This Back Routine

Back

4 sets of Lat Pull-Down Machine, 12 reps using 150 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Cable Rows, 12 reps using using 140 lb

4 sets of Bent Over Row Machine, 12 reps using 100 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Reverse Lat Pull-Down Machine, 12 reps using 140 lb (machine was plate loaded)

Healthcare Problem No More With This Back Routine

I attempted to complete this back routine a few days ago, now it is your time to try it out.

Back workout:

1. 4 sets of Lat-pulldown 8 reps with 210 lb

2. 3 sets of Dumbbell Row 10 reps with 80 lb

3. 4 sets of Reverse Lat-pulldown 8 reps with 150 lb

Back, Tricep and Calve workouts

Try one of my back workouts I do personally. This workout was challenging and it gave me a great feel at the end of it. I also through in some triceps and calves. Try it out so that you could get your own TrueBod.

 

Back:

1. 3 sets Lat-pull down 15 reps with 140lb

 

2. 3 sets reverse lat-pull down 15 reps 130lb

 

3. 3 sets (outer grip) machine rows 15 reps with 130

 

4. 3 sets (inner grip) machine rows 15 reps with 140lb
