TrueBod Gym Location

We have tried to provide information and educate as much people as possible in the areas of health and fitness here at TrueBod.com. However, we still believe that one-on-one training is the best option. My workout partner, Mike Browne (who also happens to be a personal trainer) and I are planning on opening a personal training studio in the Collegedale, Tennessee area. We are still in the process of planning everything out, so don’t get too excited, yet! Certainly, with the help of God, we will work our hardest to make this a reality. We will keep you posted on all happenings.

Diet: Old/New

Most people are concerned about their caloric intake. But most people do not know what a calorie is. A calorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one gram of water to 1? Celsius which is approximately 4.19 Joule. That is the scientific definition of a calorie. Nevertheless, when I think of a calorie, I think about something food related and how much energy one would have to produce to burn the calorie last consumed. (more…)
