Fly-Away With This Back Routine

4 sets of Lat Pull-Down Machine, 12 reps using 150 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Cable Rows, 12 reps using using 140 lb

4 sets of Bent Over Row Machine, 12 reps using 100 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Reverse Lat Pull-Down Machine, 12 reps using 140 lb (machine was plate loaded)

4 sets of Dead Lifts, 10 reps using 205 lb

3 sets of Opposite Leg Rows, 12 reps using 50 lb dumbbell
