Legs Workout

4 sets of Squats, 10 reps using 225 lb

3 sets of Straight Leg Dead-lifts, 10 reps using 225 lb

4 sets of Front Squats, 10 reps using 205 lb

4 sets of Lat Pull-Down Machine, 12 reps using 150 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Cable Rows, 12 reps using using 140 lb

4 sets of Bent Over Row Machine, 12 reps using 100 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Reverse Lat Pull-Down Machine, 12 reps using 140 lb (machine was plate loaded)

Biceps/Triceps Routine

Biceps/Triceps
Note: I did this arm routine back to back. So, after I completed one set of biceps I went straight into the triceps routine. By hitting the two muscles groups back to back it helped me to save time.

3 sets of Machine Curls, 12 reps using 60 lb (machine was plate loaded)

3 sets of Cable Ext., 12 reps using 50 lb

3 sets of Barbell Curls, 12 reps using 95 lb

3 sets of Triceps Machine Press, 12 reps using 180 lb (more…)
