Hey guys and girls I just wanted to update you on the new features on TrueBod.com. You are not only able to sign up for a personal profile on our blog, but you can also get updates subscribing with rss or receive newsletters via email (what is rss?) . One Way to Gain Quality Muscle

In my personal training journey I have come to realize that a lift has two parts. One is the initial first motion (you are either bringing the weight down or up). The other part of the lift is called control (you are either pushing the weight up or bringing it down).  In a real life scenario if their is a box on the ground and you wanted to put the box on the shelf, you would probably take it and put it on the shelf. But in the gym setting a proper lift involves  bringing the weight back down or pushing it up. There are two parts to every repetition. This is just a thought to help any one out there to gain better muscle quality. Remember to always control the weight and to make each repetition count.
