AussieBum Photo Shoot

Today I wanted to share with you what we have been up to these past few months. Over this period of time, I picked up a sponsor; a company called AussieBum. Part of the sponsorship agreement was that I take pictures exercising in their clothing. The clothing they sent me are mostly running gear. I must say that the clothing feels really comfortable. If you are wondering what I wear when I go on my long runs it’s AussieBum all the way.

The photo shoot was lots of fun. The person who directed the shoot was Nathalie Mazo. Nathalie is a great photographer and if you live in the Chattanooga area and are in need of some good quality photos, get at her. We hope to continue doing as much of this type of work as possible in the near future.

TrueBod Gym Location

We have tried to provide information and educate as much people as possible in the areas of health and fitness here at TrueBod.com. However, we still believe that one-on-one training is the best option. My workout partner, Mike Browne (who also happens to be a personal trainer) and I are planning on opening a personal training studio in the Collegedale, Tennessee area. We are still in the process of planning everything out, so don’t get too excited, yet! Certainly, with the help of God, we will work our hardest to make this a reality. We will keep you posted on all happenings.

Benjamin Castaneda Part-2

So far, Ben has gone from 138.5lbs to 142lbs while doing circuit training. Our first goal was to gain 6.5lbs in the first two weeks of the workout–which is hard to accomplish. So, we have switched the workout up a little. Ben is going to slow down on his cardio until he can maintain a solid 145lbs. Hopefully with this tweaked workout he will be able to reach that goal, which will still be accomplished ahead of schedule. Our ultimate goal is to reach 150lbs with a lower body fat percentage than he started with. We’ll keep posting as we work towards this goal! (more…)

Benjamin Castaneda

Starting today we will be posting workouts featuring one of our clients, Benjamin Castaneda. He started his training on March 21st, 2010. His current weight is 138.5 lbs and his body fat is 12.93%. His goal is to lower his body fat, increase strength, and put on a few more pounds of muscle, while maintaining flexibility and speed. Basically, this guy wants to be Leonidas (you know, from the film 300!). We have set a time frame of 6 weeks to transform Benjamin into a lean, mean machine.
